Equipment Description: After stretching, the tubular film can be applied to various sizes of goods. The machine automatically draws film from a cold stretch film roll according to the height of the goods; then the top is heat‑sealed and cut on both sides to form a bag; the stretching arms start stretching simultaneously from four directions and lower the bag from top to bottom to cover the stack, forming a five‑sided waterproof, dust‑proof, and stable package. The machine can be integrated with upstream and downstream conveyor systems such as high‑level palletizers and robotic palletizers to form a complete packaging line. The automatic cold stretch hood machine is an independent unit capable of cold stretch hood packaging for goods. The hood machine uses tubular stretch film with lateral folded edges to wrap the goods. The goods to be packaged are conveyed to the hood machine by the upstream conveyor, and the center of the goods must be aligned with the center of the conveyor; when the goods reach the middle position of the conveyor directly below the hood machine, the conveyor stops, and the cold stretch hood machine performs the stretching and hooding process. After completion, the goods are conveyed to the next station. |

Cold Stretch Hood Machine Frame and Power Support Frame:
The frame and power support frame are used to fix the hood machine head, film pulling mechanism, film suction mechanism, heat sealing and film cutting mechanism, upper guardrail assembly, film feeding mechanism, and maintenance platform; it is made of carbon steel profiles with sandblasted and painted surface for corrosion protection;
Hood Machine Head: The head includes a tubular film traction rubber‑covered roller system, tubular film deviation adjustment device, tubular film top welding and sealing device, tubular film cutting device, and tubular film opening device. The film enters the opening station through the traction device. After the film is opened, the stretching arms lift, and the film winding fingers enter the tubular film to store the film. When the required size is reached, the welding fixture performs welding and sealing, and the cutter cuts the tubular film.

Driven by a reducer and sprocket through chains, the stretching arms move up and down synchronously within the effective working area of the hood machine, so that the film is套入 from the top of the stack to the bottom of the pallet, ensuring the cold stretch film is evenly wrapped around the stacked products;

Film Roll Fingers: The film roll fingers are used for storing the tubular film. At the same time, the shrinkage of the cold stretch film keeps the products from tilting or toppling during transportation;
